前言Foreword
我国加入WTO以后，造纸工业作为我国的传统工业，国民经济高速发展的同时，也得以8%左右的增长率来服务于所需行业。社会对造纸业的高速需求，为我国造纸业过渡到大工业提供了基础保障，特别是工业经济相对发达的珠江三角洲地区，存在着产品结构和数量两大供应不足，市场空间巨大的情况。在我国造纸业品牌发展和低成本生产的同时，市场细分与引导消费尤为需要一个行业盛会为供需双方提供全面的交流平台。因此，中国轻工机械协会和广州巴斯特展览有限公司联合，于2004年6月1日至3日在目前亚洲最大的会议展览中心—广州国际会议展览中心，举办“2004中国纸张、纸浆及瓦楞纸工业(广州)展览会暨2004中国造纸新技术、新产品、新设备、新原料(广州)展览会”。旨在为企业展示先进的纸业产品与技术设备，缔造行业商机。
Since our country becomes a member of WTO, with the development of the national economy at a high speed, the papermaking industry, as a traditional industry in our country, also has been bringing about the increasing rate of 8% to meet the needs of all the other industries. The high-speed need of paper from society provides a basic guarantee for papermaking industry of our country to turn to a big industry, especially for Pearl River Delta with relatively developed industry economy which has two big supply shortages of product construction and of quantity and its market spare space is still enormous. When the papermaking industry of our country has been developing with brand developing and low cost, a detailed division and guide to consume is particular in need of a grand professional meeting to provide an exchange terrace for both the supply and the demand. Therefore, China Light Industry Machinery Association and Guangzhou Best Exhibition Co.,Ltd will hold“2004 China Paper, Paper Pulps and Corrugated Paper Industry (Guangzhou) Exposition and 2004 New Technology and Products and Equipments and Raw Materials (Guangzhou) of Chinese Papermaking Exposition”on June 1-3, 2004 in Guangzhou International Conference & Exhibition Center, which is the biggest conference & exhibition center of Asia today. The aim of the exhibition is to display for enterprises the advanced paper industry products and technological equipments and to make professional business opportunities.

Paper pulps: Wood syrup, wastepaper syrup, non-wood syrup.

Corrugated Paper: Corrugated paper, box paperboard, machine-maded paperboard, cardboard box products, cardboard box, paperboard and its components and parts of processing equipments, sack kraft paper, various corrugated paper packing and raw materials etc.

参展细则Exhibition detailed regulations:
1、本次展会提供国际标准展位和空场地两种形式，供参展商根据业务发展的需要进行选择。
★标准展位费用9平方米
A国内展商：￥7800元／标准展位；
B海外展商(港、澳、台)：＄1500美元／标准展位
注：标准展位规格为3m×3m，包括三面围板，公司名称楣板、咨询桌一张、椅子两把、日光灯一支、电源插座一个。需特殊用电请事先说明，另行收费。
★空场地费用：
A国内展商：780元／平米36平米起租
B海外展商：150美元／平米36平米起租
注：空场地不带任何展架及设施，参展商可自行安排特殊装修工作或委托组织单位推荐的搭建公司。
2、会务费：300元／人(包括纪念品，展期午餐、饮料，大会资料等)
3、技术交流讲座：展览会期间，为了更广泛宣传企业形象与推广产品技术，组委会邀请企业和科研单位作企业(技术)交流讲座。每场安排时间为90分钟，收取5000元人民币费用。
4、为了进一步展示企业的综合形象，扩大企业的影响力，提高本次展会的影响，特别邀请有影响的势力企业作为此次协办单位(简章备索)。
1.The exhibition can provide two forms of grounds—the international standard exhibition booths and raw space. The exhibition companies can make their choices according to the need of their business development.
★Exhibition booths fees (9m2): A: Local exhibition company: RMB 7800 per one
B: Oversea exhibition company (Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan): US per one.
Notes: The size of the exhibition booth is 3m×3m,equipped: Exhibition board with three facets, company name board, one desk for consulting, two chairs, one fluorescent lamp, one socket. Please explain in advance if demanding special electricity service, which will be paid else.
★Raw space fees:
A: Local exhibition company: RMB 780/m2 (Renting from 36 square meters)
B: Oversea exhibition company: US/m2. (Renting from 36 square meters)
Notes: Raw space does not equip any exhibition frames and facilities, the exhibitors can arrange the special decorate work by oneself or entrust the building company recommended by the organizer.
2.Committee affairs fee: RMB 300 per person (Including the trophy, the lunch and beverage of the exhibition, exhibition data etc.)
3.Technique exchanging lectures: Insgroupsto publicize enterprise image and expand product techniques more extensively during the exposition, the organizing committee invites enterprises and institutes to hold enterprises (techniques) exchanging lectures. Each seminar is limited to 90 minutes and the fee is RMB 5000.

1. 参展手续Exhibition procedure
1、参展企业填好参展合约书(即回执一)并加盖公章邮寄或传真至组委会。
2、组委会在确认报名后，展商于七日内将各项费汇入组委会帐户，并将汇款凭证传真至组委会以便查对；
3、展位顺序分配原则“先申请，先确认，先付款，先安排”；
4、主办单位在收到展位费后,于2004年5月10日向企业发送布展通知及有关事项安排和各项配套服务；
5、会刊广告排列顺序以收到广告费先后顺序为准(截稿日期——2004年5月10日)。
1. After filling out the exhibition contract (Receipt 1) with an official seal on it, exhibitors mail or fax it to organizing committee.
2. Their registershavingsbeen confirmed by organizing committee, exhibitors remit various fees to bank account of organizing committee within seven days and fax remittance certificate to organizing committee for checking conveniently.
3. The principle of exhibition booths allocation is“first to apply for, then first to be confirmed, first to pay, then first to get a booth”.
4. Aftershavingsreceived fees for exhibition booths, sponsors send notices on preparing for exposition, correlated matters arrangement and various kit services to exhibitors in May 10, 2004.
5. Advertisements in exhibition journal are to be arranged in thesgroupsof received advertising fees. (Before May 10, 2004)
